We started our presentation soon after. First, we introduced ourselves, our team, and what we'll be doing in these sessions.
We introduced the app Insight Timer that we used to time our meditations, and handed out copies of The Mindful Teen by Dr. Dzung Vo.
Overall, the session was a great success! The next session is on Monday, Dec. 5th in-school. We'll be learning about the brain, stress, and mindfulness. We'll also be updating the online course for our Panther "Pause" Challenge!
